We read it
Every message goes directly to a member of the editorial team — not a contact form robot. We read everything, even if we cannot respond immediately.
We verify
For story tips and corrections, we verify independently before acting. For pitches, we review against our current coverage gaps. This can take a few days.
We respond
We aim to respond within 2 working days for general queries, 5 days for pitches. If you have not heard back in two weeks, please follow up.
We fix our mistakes. Promptly and publicly.
When we get something wrong, we correct it clearly and immediately — with a note at the top of the article explaining what changed and why. No silent edits. If you believe something we've published is factually incorrect, email us with the specific claim, the correct information, and your source. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.
